What were the reasons for developing your outdoor space?
“The play equipment in our KS1 and KS2 areas had been there nearly twenty years, parts of it were past their best and did not offer children a sufficiently good range of play opportunities. We wanted to replace it with something visually striking for our large space and which offered our children a range of different activities across a range of skill levels.”

What were your main reasons for working with EPE over other competitors?
“EPE were recommended to us by another local school for offering best value for money and for being a pleasure to work with. Of the four designs and quotes we obtained, they offered far and away the best value for money and being a local company, they could always respond to us or meet with us at relatively short notice. When we presented the four designs to children, theirs was the design selected by the majority of children, who also had some suggestions of their own.”
