Y. Jackson – School Business Manager

What were the reasons for developing your outdoor space?

“Foundation requirement to improve play facilities.”

How we transformed the play area to provide outdoor learning opportunities for the children:

To make sure the equipment and surfacing all went it at the same level as the existing cargo net and wet pour our team worked to level the existing ground and install PCC Edging for a neat, clean finish. A new 0.9m Double Multi-Play Tower was installed and included the following features; Slide, Scramble Net, Arch Ladder, Net Bridge and Tower Roofs. We laid 50m² of Gummibond Recycled Rubber Mulch to allow an all-weather play surface around the equipment which conforms to all health and safety standards.

How the children will benefit from the new play area:

Our bespoke 0.9m Double Multi-Play Tower will encourage children to improve their physical activity whilst helping to develop their climbing, traversing, stretching, stepping and crawling skills.

What were your main reasons for working with EPE over other competitors?

“Competitive Pricing.”
