What were the reasons for developing your outdoor space?

“It was lacking in play equipment” 

How we transformed the play area to provide outdoor learning opportunities for the children:

There were to separate areas to work with at Loders Primary School. The area immediately outside of the classroom building we installed a mini trail for the younger children in an arc which included Stepping Stones and a Log Balance. The other area is now home to one of our Up & Over’s and Chin Up Bars in a linear configuration.

How the children will benefit from the new play area:

Using the different range of Adventure Trail units included in their new playtimes the children will be encouraged to increase their physical activity. Develop their balancing, traversing and climbing skills whilst improving upper and lower body strength.

What were your main reasons for working with EPE over other competitors?

“The price was competitive. They listened to my requests and we came up with a plan and a price we were both happy with.”
