Cabot Primary School wanted to add some colour and variety to their blank Tarmac play area. How we transformed the play area to provide outdoor learning opportunities for the children: To add a range of activity and different bright colours the school chose a Spell Jump, Rocket Hopscotch and a 1-64 Snakes and Ladders. Our specialist team liaised with the Caretaker to gain access during Half-Term and the children were welcomed back with a whole new area on their return to school. How the children will benefit from the new play area: The three graphics chosen will help to develop Literacy and Numeracy skills whilst encouraging the children to be active during play times and to join in competitive but social games.
