In line with Government guidance all outstanding deliveries, maintenance visits and installations have now been postponed until further notice. During these testing times it is our responsibility to protect our staff, clients and general public.

We are set up to continue taking enquires and using the latest software we can carry out remote consultations. All office staff will continue to work from home and we can be contacted by the methods below.

19.03.20 – Update from Educational Play Environments – Covid-19

In these testing times we would like to thank everyone working in the educational sector for ensuring children in the UK continue to learn and have an education during these difficult times. We would also like to thank NHS staff and everyone that is doing all they can to fight this unprecedented pandemic Covid-19.

We continue to monitor daily updates from the government and business continues here at Educational Play Environments. We can assure all our existing schools and partners that we are respecting all government advice and following each step during the coronavirus pandemic.

• Steps have been taken to ensure safety and all office staff are now working remotely.

• Regarding new and existing enquiries, consultations and installations, a system is in place where you can book a specific time slot for a catch-up call here. 

• We are set up to continue taking enquires and using the latest software we can carry out remote consultations.

• Our installation teams will be assessed for symptoms and temperature taken, whilst we aim to provide all the amazing new play areas you have worked so hard to achieve.

• If you have an outstanding delivery, maintenance visit or installation booked in, we will be in touch shortly.
